First of all, I noticed a lot of traffic visiting the blog from various other blog commenting systems. So, that's encouraging. It seems some readers are helping out spreading the word, raising publicity about this elsewhere. It's helpful. Whoever you are, thank you very much.
I myself sent info about the first post to various media in India, USA, UK, Canada etc. (India being the most important one, considering majority of culprits originate from there.) I won't list names of every single TV/radio news or newspaper entities contacted here. However, I have yet to hear back from a single one of them. This doesn't necessarily mean nobody in the media has picked up/will pick up the story. It's just that I am not aware of such things yet. Whoever else is helping out publicizing the issue, I encourage you to contact media outlets separately on your own as well. The more the merrier, for increasing probability of getting traction.
Unfortunately, I have not noticed much improvement on part of Facebook regarding violations reported in the first post either. In fact, things are looking somewhat pessimistic due to increase in incoming violating posts. Some of the violating Facebook pages in first post are proving to be nesting grounds for others. This proves that by Facebook's lack of corrective action on them, they're indirectly contributing to new violators' congregating spaces.
Without further ado, here is the next installment of public shaming of violators. This reporting of violations will be valid as of the time of posting. Of course, as content on Facebook changes dynamically - particularly it is possible for Facebook to have removed it in the future - it is possible this information will be stale at the time of reading.

Profile screenshot of a violator who appears to be based in Turkey. Inexplicably, after their timeline was reported for violation Facebook came back with "does not violate standards" response.
Looking at the thumbnail of profile picture in the response itself, it is clear what the user's intentions are in using Facebook. This looks rather embarrassing on Facebook's part if they don't feel it doesn't violate standards.
Screenshots of many more users proving flagrant violations, which are blocked on Facebook taking any corrective actions to remove them and/or disable violator profiles.
Screenshot from a flagrantly violating video. Yes, there have been tons of extreme hardcore videos posted (far more hardcore than below screenshot) so far. I haven't mentioned much about videos before, but these have been routinely caught and reported for violations before, with details on them too numerous to mention.
